Law firm to move to offices in Greater Manchester

A serious injury law firm is set to move into an office block in Greater Manchester.

HCC Solicitors has taken 11,886 square feet at Trafford House in Old Trafford, the space formerly occupied by the owner of the Bruntwood building.

Bruntwood has consolidated its Manchester offices into its head office, expanding from one floor to two in the city center workspace.

Trafford House has a secure bike center, showers and changing rooms, a large communal co-working lounge with kitchen, outdoor seating and meeting rooms, a studio gym with fitness classes Les Mills and a community events program.

The relocation follows a period of organic growth within the firm and lateral hires of senior lawyers, bolstering its presence in Manchester, London and Birmingham.

David Horwich, HCC Director, said: “Trafford House offers a spacious and open layout which better suits our collaborative and personal approach to work. We are looking forward to moving in before the end of the year.

Brian Coghlan, HCC Director, added: “We are delighted to make Trafford House our national headquarters. It is a highly visible and easily accessible historic building with excellent transport links.

“It’s the perfect location for our Manchester team as we look to expand our specialist range of serious injury services geographically.”

Sharon Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer of Bruntwood, said: “Trafford House offers some of the best working spaces on the outskirts of the city center and we are delighted that HCC staff can now take advantage of the facilities to help balance their working day. .
